Administration and finance division is a backbone of the organisation. This division is the link between other divisions and ensures the smooth flow of information from one part to the other. The functions of this division are

- To ensure the efficient performance of all divisions in CUIC.
- To plan and control the administrative budget.
- To keep and maintain all the accounts records in soft as well as in hard form.
- To record all incoming and outgoing letters and documents.
- To convey all the rules and regulations of UUM to the staff.
- Responsible to supervise the work related to purchase of assets and inventories.
- Look after administrative affairs of the CUIC.

PRACTICUM AFFAIRS DIVISION

The organization of Practicum Affairs Division consists of the Head of Division, COB practicum coordinator, CAS practicum coordinator and COLGIS Practicum Coordinator. In addition, there are 7 administrative staff who are the backbone of each practicum work process at CUIC. In the three colleges, namely COB, CAS and COLGIS, there are 8 special programs and 34 other programs that will undergo practicum for each semester.  

The Practicum Affairs Division at CUIC has the role of coordinating each student's practicum work process whereby before practicum, during practicum and after completing the practicum.  

Among the main tasks in this section are:

- Coordinating student placement in the organization.

- Helping students access the ONCE system for placement.

- Coordinating the names of supervisors for final practicum reports.

- Being an intermediary between students, the organization and the school.

- Arrange an initial explanation through a practicum briefing for each semester.

- Assist to solve the problems faced by students during their practicum training in the organization.

- Update the list of students who are eligible to undergo practicum training either locally or abroad.

- Update the important information related to the practicum and will be made public via the CUIC official website and CUIC social media (FB and Instagram) as well.
